I am not a meditation teacher, I am a student of Vipassana Meditation. I have taken Vipassana as the primary guide to living life.

I sat my first course in 2009 without any intention of returning. However, in 2012, I was led back and I spent the next year immersed in Dhamma, learning the art of living and trying to understand the Truth of life. Since then, I have continued with this meditation technique only.

In order to teach meditation, I feel one has to be a high practitioner. Hence, I do not teach but advocate. Anyone who wants to learn meditation, should go for a proper course. Worldwide Vipassana courses can be found here. Through my lifestyle coaching and retreats, I introduce Anapana meditation which is a precursor to Vipassana.

Vipassana has helped me navigate through all the trauma in my life and my perceived pain. The results speak for themselves as I feel at ease with life. With this ease, I am more capable to serve you.
